Get your regular dose…
Thank you for stopping by for your regular dose.
After a couple of months working hard, I decided to take a quick break!
What has been happening?
I just returned from a nice holiday in Thredbo at the snow.
A couple of days back at home and back at work, my local area has joined other parts of Australia in lockdown as we attempt to stop the spread of the delta variant of covid.
My love goes out to you all during these challenging times.
What have I been doing? Well, I enjoyed a few days at the snow, snowboarding. I find the weather and cold air on the mountains during the winter months rejuvenating. I try to get down to the snow each year however this year was the first time in three years!
Following my return I have jumped straight back into work. I have been busy with nursing and business work, including creating content for the Aussie Nurse Educator. I have been receiving some lovely DM’s and emails from our website… keep them coming! I am loving chatting with you all.
Monthly Dose Newsletter
I have been planning on releasing a monthly newsletter. In preparation for this, I have added a newsletter signup section to the website. Thank you to those who have subscribed already! You will be the first to find out about what is going on, regular blogs, monthly doses, products, resources and downloads. If you would like to subscribe >> CLICK HERE
Meeting New People
I have had the pleasure of networking with some great nurses through the Aussie Nurse Educator. I am extremely grateful to have met Jackson from The Nurse Break (CLICK HERE to check out The Nurse Break) and Aleisha and Kelly from the Two Humerus Nurses Podcast (CLICK HERE to check them out on instagram). I will be collaborating with them in the near future. Stay tuned to learn more about me!
Students & New Graduate Nurses
If you didn’t know, I mentor students and new graduate nurses. In my role as a Clinical Nurse Educator, I not only assist students and grads on the floor clinically, I also assist them with other aspects of their growth and progression including resume writing and interview preparation.
I am absolutely stoked with the messages I have been receiving from you all. Well done on your efforts so far! Keep going, you are all so close!
I am developing a FREE RESOURCE.
So many of you have been enjoying my medication profiles and pharmacology posts. Some of you have reached out to me via DM or email and asked if I had any more resources to help. Let me tell you they are planned and on their way! I just need time to create and develop them for you!
Stay tuned, COMING SOON!
All of your hard work and dedication is inspiring, cannot wait for the resources.
Thank you Amber!!!
Coming real soon.
